Our sold out 4-week Pilates Essentials workshop was such a great success that we’ve decided to bring it back along with a brand NEW two-day Intermediate Reformer intensive! That’s right, TWO workshops are coming your way!
Workshop #1 Two-day Intermediate Reformer Intensive
Sundays - Jan 25th & February 1st
1-4pm
Over the course of 6 hours (3hrs/day), we will:
- Dig into the fundamental skills and purpose behind each exercise in the Intermediate Reformer repertoire.
- Explore connections to other pieces of Pilates equipment.
- Learn appropriate personalized modifications to aid your progression.
- Explore seamless choreographed transitions between exercises to create better flow.

Week 2 – Intelligent Stability
The Pilates definition of stability—and why it transcends merely “holding still”.
Distinguishing joint support from unnecessary gripping or tension.
Progressive sequences that both cultivate and challenge whole-body steadiness.
Week 3 – Reimagining The Hundred
A deep dive into the mechanics, purpose, and rhythm of this signature exercise.
Playful variations that help you discover a version you genuinely enjoy.
The skill of recognizing “Hundred” principles woven through the wider repertoire.
Week 4 – Spinal Articulation in Every Plane
Flexion, extension, side-bend, and rotation as pathways to a long, resilient spine.
Layering breath and stability—plus echoes of The Hundred—into each movement.
Creative use of props and modifications to personalize, refine, and progress.
